Listen... I WON'T GATEKEEP! This is my GO-TO Local's spot. If you live near Spring Valley, you will be finding yourself back to this restaurant more than once a month. I know their menu by heart. It's a small restaurant in the Apache Plaza with approximately 6 total booths, 8 seats at the noodle bar, and 1-2 middle tables. As soon as you walk in, expect to see their Yelp Waitlist iPad, type in your name, party size and phone number and wait for your turn. My recommendation is going on weekdays before 4 pm or ordering to-go! For my overstimulating, claustrophobic people, maybe not this place.. however if you're looking for uplifting energy, noodle-pulling watching and yummy food... this IS your place. Once seated, you will be able to watch from an open window all the cooks and how they pull and cook our noodles and meal. The servers are ALWAYS on the go. You will never see these people on a little break so I give them so much respect. So let's talk about the reason I come back here and why I'm always recommending this place. I order the Cucumber Salad and the Spicy Wonton as soon as I sit down! I don't enjoy spice in my food however you MUST TRY the chili oil in the Spicy Wonton. I could DRINK IT. It's not an overpowering spice at all and the chili oil tastes so soft and buttery with a soft, elegant kick. I drizzle the sauce all over my thick, smashed salted cucumber salad! (Thank me later). They're infamous for their soups and I order the Brisket Noodle soup with #3 Flat Wide Noodle. You get to pick between three noodles: Hand Pulled, Knife Cut, or Flat Wide. I prefer the third option because they're thinner and wider noodles. They also have a SPICY broth option. You can watch your meal be prepared and placed right before your eyes. Once it's at your table you're greeted with their large branded bowl and spoon that says 'Magic Noodle' on it. The Noodle Soup is an amazing size and price of $14 for the crafted noodles, broth, bok choy veggie and brisket amount. You can also add on more noodles or broth for a few more dollars. This place is great to keep your soul warm and I also see many kiddos enjoy this place as well. They have other options such as Brisket Burritos, Chow Mein, and Kung Pao Chicken. Their star dishes are most definitely their Soup Noodles. They hands down have the best vegetable rice I've tried in all of town. I usually take one to go as well, it's so flavorful yet simple , it's 100% worth the try. My only negative review can be the wait time and delayed service however they only have a few amount of tables to offer and they are CONSTANTLY receiving to-go orders. This place is filled with repeated customers including myself! You will leave satisfied with the amount of food and price you've spent. If you save some room to eat, next door they have a yummy boba spot or ice cream shop as sweet treat!
This place was highly recommended by a trusted friend and they did they not steer us wrong! Was kind of busy for a Monday evening but we were seated right away. Server was nice and helped answer questions and provide recommendations. There's a big clear window where you can watch them prepare the noodles from fresh. A5. Spicy dumplings Szechuan Style Pork came in 8 pieces. Good but on the sweeter side. First 2 dumplings tasted best, after that it's best to have someone help you finish it so you don't tire of it. D1. Sichuan sweet noodle (we picked the hand pulled noodle) - soooo good but gets salty towards the end. C4. Szechuan beef brisket noodle soup with flat wide noodle - delicious and even still good after reheating leftovers at home the following day. Even met some nice patrons to either side of us, friendly atmosphere inside. Can't wait to return!
THIS PLACE WAS SO GOOD!! The food tasted incredible and there was a good amount of options. I ordered the chicken but asked them to make it spicy for me and they did! The apps were also really good. The food took a minute but it's because they hand make the noodles and trust me the wait was worth it. The space is on the smaller side so just be ready to wait if you go during a peek time or weekend but it was so good and worth it.
Tucked away far from the strip, but we were on a mission to try this place from seeing it on TikTok and it was worth the hype. Our meal was juicy and fresh, with great flavor and high-quality tasting ingredients. Service was great and fast for lunchtime. I really have no complaints about this place other than it's a little bit of a drive, but it was a good meal to have before driving back out of town.
I have been wanting to go for a while since it kept coming up on my IG and I'm really glad I went! Customer service is really nice and quick! They have delicious apps (onion pancake with braised pork and szechuan dumplings) and I had the braised beef szechuan with knife cut noodles. There was a lot of showmanship with the guy making noodles and it was really cool seeing him make mine lol My friends felt that the spicy menu items weren't spicy at all (which is true but there was chili oil on the table to make it to taste) I would say I was a bit grossed out when I saw an older gentleman use his gloves hands to scratch his ear and wipe his nose.. but he wasn't actively making food so maybe he was about to go on break and remove those gloves and wash his hands?? Idk benefit of the doubt is best any way
